Rules governing the use of Hybridspecies.com Metallurgical Alloys services, responsibilities of both parties, and limitations of liability.
Hybridspecies.com Metallurgical Alloys provides high-temperature sintering, vacuum induction melting, and hardness mapping services for carbide-steel composite alloys. All services are performed at our facility in Aundh, India, using calibrated equipment. Specific alloy compositions and processing parameters are agreed upon in writing before production begins.
Clients must provide accurate material specifications, including desired hardness ranges and dimensional tolerances, at least 14 days before the scheduled processing date. Any changes to the specification after production has started may incur additional charges and delay delivery. Clients are responsible for ensuring that supplied raw materials meet safety and handling requirements.
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific batch of processed material. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost production time, tool failure, or downstream equipment damage, even if advised of the possibility. Hardness mapping data is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of field performance under all operating conditions.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of a material breach by the client, including non-payment or provision of hazardous materials without disclosure, we reserve the right to terminate immediately. Upon termination, the client must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective 14 days after publication. Continued use of our services after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions regarding these terms, contact us at info@hybridspecies.com.
